Lackey CCG is a program that can run many card games. The most popular game is Magic: The Gathering.  You can make decks out of every single card ever. It even has the Unglued and Unhinged series! The players must enforce the rules, so you are better off playing with friends so that you know they won't cheat. There are also other card games. They may be Pokemon, Yu-gi-oh, Blackjack and all other basic card games.

The Highlight:  Making very singular decks in Magic. I loved making all Sliver decks, and all Scarecrow decks.
